Create a Discussion

1. Select Discussions from the left navigation area of your course.

 

2. Click the blue +Discussion button.

 

3. Enter the Discussion parameters and content: Title, Options, Availability.

The Discussion Index Page helps you filter, organize, and manage your Discussions. Student Settings

You can allow students to create their own discussion topics. A student-created discussion cannot be a graded discussion.
